Mitchell K. Wunsh
Mitchell joined Hersh FamilyLaw Practice, P.C. in December 2011. Before coming to Hersh, Mitchell established the family law practice at Legal Aid of Marin where he worked for over three years. He represented clients in dissolution proceedings, custody & visitation matters, and support hearings.
After graduating from Washington University in St. Louis, Mitchell served for two years as a Peace Corps Volunteer in the small Micronesian island paradise Palau. He earned his JD cum laude from the George Mason University School of Law in Virginia and held numerous internships including positions with the DC City government, two firms, and the Federal Election Commission. He was a law clerk for the Arlington County General District Court, assisted active duty personnel in the Clinic for Legal Assistance to Service Members, and handled family law and housing law matters for low income clients at Legal Services of Northern Virginia.
