Stephanie
Bilinski
Stephanie received a Bachelor of Arts in
Political Science from Bryn Mawr College in 1998 and a Juris Doctor
cum laude from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2001.
Stephanie has long dedicated herself to assisting children and
families through difficult times. During law school, Stephanie interned
in the sex crimes and felonies divisions of the Office of the Bergen
County Prosecutor, where she worked with children who were crime
victims. She then worked with the Seton Hall Center for Social Justice,
representing children and low-income adults in all areas of family
law.
Stephanie has been involved with numerous children’s organizations
since she was a teenager and worked as a volunteer with at-risk
teenagers in Philadelphia. She currently volunteers as an advocate
for children in the foster care system.
Since relocating to the Bay Area in 2001, Stephanie had practiced
exclusively in the area of family law. She was very pleased to join
Hersh FamilyLaw in the spring of 2007.
Stephanie’s areas of practice include annulments, cohabitation
agreements, divorce, domestic partnerships, domestic violence, paternity,
post-divorce modification, postnuptial agreements, premarital agreements,
restraining orders, separation agreements, child support, and spousal
support.
